Today (February 28), the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City began inspecting revenue and expenditure and personnel management at public schools. The Department will first inspect Gia Dinh High School.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, the inspection of revenue and expenditure and personnel management in public schools focuses on the following areas:

Regarding financial work, the department will check records, documents, accounting books, the situation of revenue and expenditure of funding sources (state budget sources, revenue from public activities, other revenue sources according to the provisions of law,...), funds, debts (receivables, payables), unpaid advances;

Implementation of policies and regimes, social insurance payments for officials, employees, fixed assets, tools, seals...

Regarding personnel work: the department will check the situation of schools, classes, management staff, teachers, and employees (list, personal records, professional qualifications, politics, foreign languages, information technology, decision on staff assignment);

Human resource management database software; Assignment decisions.

Regarding professional work: the department will check the school's education plan, the 2-session/day education plan (if any);

School program implementation plan, plan, assessment and evaluation regulations, student transfer tracking book, educational equipment management records, library, student reward and discipline records, etc.

In the first phase, the department will inspect 6 public high schools in Binh Thanh district: Gia Dinh High School, Hoang Hoa Tham High School, Phan Dang Luu High School, Thanh Da High School, Tran Van Giau High School, Vo Thi Sau High School. The inspection period is from February 28 to March 18, 2025.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, the purpose of this inspection of revenue and expenditure and personnel management at a series of public schools is to clearly define the responsibilities of managers, accountants and related records when they are transferred or rotated to work.
