Ho Chi Minh City announces results of removing obstacles in granting pink books to home buyers

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City has just issued a document providing information related to removing difficulties in handling procedures for granting certificates to home buyers at housing projects in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City, in order to remove obstacles for commercial housing development projects in the city, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has advised the City People's Committee to issue two documents.

Firstly, plan No. 5776 on implementing the work of granting certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to organizations and individuals at commercial housing development projects in the city.

Second, Decision No. 5013 on the establishment of a working group to resolve issues related to the issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land for organizations and individuals in commercial housing development projects in the city.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that the issuance of Decision 5013 aims to carry out 6 main tasks to reform administrative procedures on registration and issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land.

In particular, the working group monitors, urges, inspects the progress of implementation, removes difficulties and obstacles, and comprehensively assesses the development situation as well as the certification work at commercial housing development projects in the city from the time the project is granted an investment and construction license until the project is completed and put into use, and issues certificates related to the certification work at commercial housing projects...

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Natural Resources and Environment said that up to now, the working group established under Decision No. 5013 has held 12 meetings, discussed and resolved difficulties for 66 projects.

The number of apartments and houses that have been resolved is 37,214 apartments/houses/plots of land/offices, 1 property attached to land, 15 floors of commercial service construction, 655 car parking spaces, and 218 commercial service spaces.

Up to now, 41/66 projects have resolved difficulties and obstacles with 27,575/37,214 apartments/houses/land plots/officetels having their difficulties resolved.

In addition, 655 parking spaces, 1 property attached to land, and 15 floors of commercial service construction have had their related problems resolved.
