Awarding certificates of merit to 28 outstanding individuals in building traffic culture

On September 27, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union coordinated with the Secretariat of the Vietnam Youth Union (VYU) of Ho Chi Minh City to organize the "Youth with Traffic Culture" Festival in 2025 with the theme "Safe Journey, Building the Future".

The festival aims to equip knowledge, skills, form correct habits and sense of responsibility when participating in traffic for union members, youth, especially new students. The program has many activities such as: propaganda to implement "3 no - 3 yes", guidance on safe driving skills, legal playground booth, photo contest "Beauty of traffic culture".

Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union Le Tuan Anh said that although the traffic safety situation has changed positively, there is still a risk of accidents, congestion, and violations among young people and students. He suggested that the Youth Union and Association units promote propaganda in digital forms (clips, infographics, podcasts, etc.), deploy the "Safe School Gate" model, and encourage members to actively participate in training on safe driving skills.
