Implementing the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022 and documents guiding the implementation of the Law

On January 26, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee (CEC) held a national online conference to deploy the Law on Emulation and Rewards in 2022 and documents guiding the implementation of the law. Attending at the provincial bridge were representatives of the Department of Home Affairs; civil servants in charge of advising on CEC of departments, branches, sectors, organizations and localities.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the new points of the Law on Economic Deregulation 2022 and Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Economic Deregulation. Thereby, helping the team of cadres and civil servants working on economic deregulation across the country to raise awareness; promptly advise competent authorities to issue documents guiding the implementation of the Law on Economic Deregulation 2022 in line with current legal regulations.
