Exhibition 'The Heritage of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac'

At the exhibition, the Organizing Committee displayed 200 images, documents, artifacts and more than 200 books introducing the life, career and process of entering the medical profession of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac and the work of preserving and promoting the heritage value of the famous physician.

In addition, the exhibition also has display areas of traditional medicine units such as: Central Traditional Medicine Hospital; Le Huu Trac National Burn Hospital; Ha Tinh Traditional Medicine Hospital and Ha Tinh Oriental Medicine Association. These are units that have been promoting the medical values ​​of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac in medical examination and treatment to serve the people.

According to the Organizing Committee, Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac is the most outstanding physician in the history of traditional medicine. He left behind a treasure trove of medical books for posterity. Throughout his life as a physician, he painstakingly collected, developed, and supplemented 305 traditional Vietnamese medicinal herbs, and compiled 2,854 good prescriptions passed down by his predecessors among the people. In particular, his book Hai Thuong Y Tong Tam Linh is a research work considered a guideline for traditional Vietnamese medicine and a valuable asset recognized by the world .
