Exhibition of Fruit Festival and special agricultural products and foods of Vietnam in China

In order to help Enterprises and Cooperatives in Lang Son province grasp information, seek cooperation opportunities, and expand international markets for local products, the Department of Foreign Affairs of Lang Son province informs Enterprises and Cooperatives in the province about the Exhibition of Fruit Festival and Special Vietnamese Agricultural Products and Food in China, specifically as follows:

The Vietnam Fruit and Agricultural Products and Special Food Festival Exhibition in China is scheduled to be held from September 27 to 28, 2025 in Hunan Province, China. The exhibition is an opportunity to promote the national image, the image of the Enterprise, the brand of Vietnam's special fruits, agricultural products and foods; Increase the export of agricultural products, foods in general and fruits in particular, which Vietnam has strengths and development potential in the Chinese market.

Location: Hongxing Wholesale Market, Hunan Province, China.

Exhibition Scale : About 30-40 Enterprises directly participating; each Enterprise has 01 booth to display products.

Participating industries : Fruits, agricultural products, specialty foods of all kinds from Vietnam.

Participants : Enterprises of all economic sectors established under the provisions of Vietnamese law, with the capacity to produce and trade agricultural and food products, committed to fully participating in the program.

Criteria for selecting Enterprises: Enterprises with the capacity to produce and trade agricultural products and specialty foods, with high quality products that meet export standards, and the ability to supply large quantities. Priority is given to enterprises with OCOP products of 3 stars or higher, and regional specialty products.

Expected working program content at the Exhibition : Displaying and introducing products and goods of Vietnamese enterprises; Organizing meetings and transactions between Vietnamese enterprises and Chinese enterprises, importers and distributors; Organizing seminars and conferences.

Registration deadline : Before August 25, 2025. Due to limited exhibition space, the Organizing Committee will give priority to businesses that register early and fully meet the participation criteria. Selected businesses will be officially notified.
