Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Phung Nhan, Deputy Commander of Regiment 20, presented the decision to promote the rank of professional soldier.
During this period, Regiment 20 awarded decisions to 27 comrades who qualified for salary increase and rank promotion. Of which, decisions on early rank promotion were awarded to 14 comrades (promoting 5 comrades from second lieutenant to lieutenant, 5 comrades from lieutenant to senior lieutenant, 4 senior lieutenant to captain); and decisions on salary increase were awarded to 13 comrades.
