The exhibition is a place to display unique works of art created by students from grades 1 to 9. The exhibition space is filled with colors with more than 500 paintings, 20 models, nearly 20 clips and 100 photos, all expressed by the "young artists" of Hanoi Star with all their passion and love for the Capital.
Standing out in the exhibition space is the 30m long work "The Road of Paintings: Hanoi - Capital of a Thousand Years of Culture and Heroes - City for Peace ", created by the joint efforts of teachers and students of the whole school. Through vivid and clear strokes, the students have drawn a Hanoi that is both familiar, poetic and modern, expressing their love for Hanoi and pride in the heroic tradition of the nation.
In addition to admiring the artworks, visitors can also immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of meaningful sideline activities. The 70 best paintings were digitized and put on the school's information channel for online auction. The proceeds will be donated to disadvantaged children at the No. 3 Sponsorship Center (Hanoi), contributing to spreading love and sharing in the community.
In addition, information stations and booths are designed for students to learn about the history of the capital and explore the unique cultural features of Hanoi. Students can also make their own handicrafts bearing the historical imprint of the capital.
Participating in this event, Tran Hong Chinh Duc - a student of class 5A1 at Hanoi Star School shared: “I am very happy to participate in the exhibition and to make creative products about Hanoi city. When I saw the pictures of my friends, I found the city very beautiful and colorful. Before, I also heard teachers and parents tell many historical stories about the city, but when I participated in the exhibition, I felt more love and pride for my city.”
Through the exhibition, EQuest Education Group as well as Hanoi Star School not only want to help students develop their artistic creativity, but also want to arouse in each student the love for their homeland and country, the pride in the glorious historical traditions of the nation. The event is also a bridge to help connect students with the cultural heritage of Hanoi, a thousand years of civilization, and at the same time arouse in each student the awareness of preserving and promoting the good traditional values of the nation.
Teacher Khuat Thi Thanh Nhan - Principal of Hanoi Star School, shared: "Through this event, we want to bring messages about love for the homeland and national pride. At the same time, we also want to create a meaningful playground for students to develop comprehensively in intelligence, creativity and soul. We are proud that the students can create impressive works of art with a clear, vivid and loving perspective. This also demonstrates the modern and humane educational philosophy that EQuest and Hanoi Star always aim for."
The exhibition will remain open to visitors until October 11, 2024.
