Trusting Social launches Agent Foundry, a platform providing specialized virtual assistants for businesses

Trusting Social, a pioneer in artificial intelligence in the financial sector in Asia, officially launched Agent Foundry, a platform that provides specialized virtual assistants for businesses based on general artificial intelligence.

Microsoft Vietnam and Trusting Social sign a memorandum of understanding

These virtual assistants are capable of self-learning and self-driving with the aim of helping workers increase productivity, knowledge and creativity; helping businesses innovate, increase efficiency, reach and serve more customers. Agent Foundry integrates Microsoft's cloud and artificial intelligence technologies, including Azure and OpenAI.

Trusting Social Introduces Agent Foundry Platform

The product was introduced at the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Trusting Social and Microsoft, opening a strategic cooperation between the two sides to bring a breakthrough technology solution in the next 5 years for emerging markets in Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam. Accordingly, the memorandum of understanding lasts two years on cooperation in research, development and bringing artificial intelligence products to market. Trusting Social will integrate the Azure cloud platform, other services, solutions and technologies of Microsoft related to data analysis, OpenAI and Azure AI.

Agent Foundry's virtual assistants are tailor-made solutions for businesses, following strict standards of data security, information safety, compliance and customer sensitivity. They are capable of following pre-defined processes, learning from work and experience, proactively handling problems in the business environment without requiring frequent user intervention. The Agent Foundry platform integrates the Microsoft Azure cloud platform with top-notch data security and GitHub Enterprise - a development and productivity tool in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program.
