Mr. Ha Anh Duc has held many positions at the Ministry of Health : Deputy Head of Department, Head of General Department - Office of the Ministry of Health; Secretary of the Minister of Health; Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Health; Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Health and Chief of Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Health; President of the Vietnam Young Physicians Association; Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Union; Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ministry's Party Committee.
