Today (October 2), the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, will hold a preparatory session with the participation of 500 official delegates appointed from 128 Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee.

At the preparatory session, the Congress elected the Presidium and the Delegate Qualifications Verification Committee; approved the working regulations, the congress's internal rules, the working program for the official session, and disseminated a number of contents of the Party's election regulations according to Decision No. 190-QD/TW of the Party Central Committee.
Before the preparatory session, the congress divided into 9 groups to discuss draft documents to be submitted to the congress; focused on discussing and contributing opinions on the results of implementing the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term in various fields and discussing the goals, tasks, solutions, and breakthroughs in the new term. This is an important part of the congress program, a forum for delegates to promote their responsibility, intelligence, and enthusiasm for the documents to be submitted to the congress.
With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 is a very important political event of the Party Committee, conducted in a positive, democratic and highly responsible spirit; clearly demonstrating the will, determination and aspiration to build the province to develop rapidly and sustainably in the new era.
