Accordingly, the new price of E5 gasoline is 19,452 VND/liter, a decrease of 292 VND/liter. Similarly, the new price of RON 95-III gasoline is 20,607 VND/liter, a decrease of 247 VND/liter.

The price of 0.05S diesel oil was adjusted to 18,573 VND/liter, down 344 VND/liter. Kerosene oil is priced at 18,988 VND/liter, down 306 VND/liter compared to the current base price; 180CST 3.5S fuel oil is adjusted to 16,009 VND/kg, down 385 VND/kg.

The joint ministries decided not to set aside and not to spend the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for E5 RON 92 gasoline, RON 95 gasoline, diesel, kerosene and mazut products in this management period.

According to the joint agency of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, the world oil market from the 7th management period to November 13 is affected by factors such as: OPEC reduces its forecast for global oil demand growth in 2024 and the following year, the US dollar increases in price, conflicts in the Middle East and military conflicts between Russia and Ukraine continue...
