(CT) - Phu Loc Commune Youth Union (Can Tho City) has just coordinated with the Commune People's Committee to start construction of Phu Loc bridge in Ta Lot A hamlet.

Phu Loc Bridge is over 28m long, 3.5m wide, 3 tons load capacity, total construction cost 350 million VND. Of which, the Commune Union mobilized 250 million VND from social sources, the rest from local counterpart funds. The project contributes to creating favorable conditions for people to travel safely.

On the occasion of the National Day September 2, the youth of Phu Loc commune mobilized 60 gifts for people in difficult circumstances, with a total value of more than 15 million VND. From the beginning of July 2025 until now, the youth of the commune have also carried out many volunteer activities for the community, such as: establishing the "Digital Education for the People" team (guiding people on digital transformation), supporting the provision of National Day gifts September 2 for people, environmental sanitation, building beautiful roads in the commune...
