On October 3, at Nam Thanh Cong Primary School, Lang ward held the launching ceremony of the digital transformation emulation movement - Information Technology and STEM Festival in the Education and Training sector, school year 2025-2026.

Vice Chairman of Lang Ha Phu Binh Ward People's Committee said that the program was organized to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU of the Politburo and guiding documents on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation.
Comrade Ha Phu Binh emphasized: "In the current context, digital transformation is an inevitable trend, an important driving force to improve the quality of education, innovate teaching and learning methods, and equip students with digital skills and creative thinking to step into the future."
On behalf of the leaders of Lang ward, comrade Ha Phu Binh launched the emulation movement "Digital transformation in the Education and Training sector of Lang ward in the 2025-2026 school year", with the theme: "Digital teachers - Digital students - Digital classrooms and Digital learning families".

The movement aims to: Each teacher becomes a “Digital Teacher”, both professionally competent and proficient in technology, and innovative in teaching methods. Each student becomes a “Digital Student”, proactive, creative, and confident in practicing digital skills and lifelong self-learning skills.
Each classroom becomes a “Digital Classroom”, effectively applying digital platforms to create a modern and vibrant learning environment. Each family becomes a “Digital Learning Family”, accompanying and supporting their children in exploiting technology for their studies and life.
Specific targets for the 2025-2026 school year: 100% of teachers are trained in using digital tools; 70% of students are proficient in using 1 digital learning tool; each school builds at least 1 digital classroom; and each school builds 1 digital learning family/grade.
Within the framework of the program, the Workshop with the theme "Unlimited Creativity in the Education Sector" will focus on key contents such as: Introducing school management solutions and school management ecosystems; advanced platforms such as the Ward and Commune Education Operation System (VnEdu_IOC) and smart classrooms; applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education...
Teachers are also trained in knowledge and skills on "Borderless Lessons" and guided on how to use and exploit some AI applications in education.

In addition, the information technology and STEM exhibition booths were also active, creating opportunities for delegates, teachers, parents and students to visit and experience learning activities on digital platforms, contributing to strongly spreading the spirit of innovation throughout Lang ward.
