
The project to restore and embellish the Dinh Cong Ha Temple relic (Dam Sen Temple) was approved by the People's Committee of Hoang Mai District (old) in 2023, with a total investment of more than 34.5 billion VND from the city budget; the investor is the People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward.
The project includes the renovation and embellishment of the temple gate, temple building, guest house, keeper's house, ladies' and boys' floors, fire prevention and fighting system, termite prevention and control system, landscape infrastructure and other items.
The project started on July 1, 2024 and was completed on September 10, 2025. Construction items were carried out on schedule, in accordance with approved design documents, in compliance with construction standards and regulations, ensuring absolute safety. Relevant units in the construction process closely coordinated, proposed amendments and developments to ensure the reasonableness, structural safety and aesthetics of the project.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward Nguyen Tuan Anh emphasized that the restoration and embellishment of Dam Sen Temple is the pride of the Party Committee, government and people of the ward, demonstrating the city and district's attention to the work of preserving and promoting heritage values. This is not only a place for cultural and religious activities of the community but also an important highlight in building a new cultural life, contributing to preserving traditional identity and educating the younger generation.


He also expressed his thanks to the departments, branches, Hoang Mai district (old), construction and supervision units, and all the people who accompanied and supported the project to complete on schedule.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the decision to reward collectives and individuals with achievements in the project implementation process.
