Dak Lak Provincial Center for Disease Control said that the second measles vaccination campaign in 2025 in the province has been implemented and completed on schedule and according to set targets.

Accordingly, from March 24 to March 31, the health sector deployed the Measles Vaccination Campaign in 180 communes, wards and towns of 15 districts, towns and cities in the area. The general vaccination rate of all groups reached 97.1%, of which the group of children from 6 to under 9 months old reached 96.3%; the group of children from 1-5 years old reached 96.6%; the group of children from 6-10 years old reached 97.5%.

Although the vaccination rate is high, there are still some people who have not responded to vaccination, others are sick or not present in the locality at the time of vaccination so they cannot participate in this vaccination campaign.

In the coming time, the health sector will continue to strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to get catch-up and catch-up vaccinations for the remaining subjects, integrating them into regular vaccination sessions at health stations.
