On the morning of September 29, the People's Public Security Trade Union and the Provincial Labor Federation (PPF) held a signing ceremony for the regulations on coordination of union activities between the two units. Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant Colonel Cong Thanh Thao, Head of the PPF's Trade Union Working Committee; Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Ngoc Huyen.

The two sides signed a regulation on coordination of activities to enhance responsibility, innovate content and methods, and improve the effectiveness of the implementation of functions, tasks and powers of the trade union through coordinating activities between the Public Security Trade Union and the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation; strengthening the working relationship between the Public Security Trade Union and the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation to promote combined strength in performing political and professional tasks and the workers' movement.

At the same time, ensure unified direction of the activities of the Public Security Trade Union from the central to grassroots levels, with the coordination of local Labor Federations in organizing, managing, and resolving labor relations issues, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, and building a strong trade union organization to meet the requirements of the new situation.

The People's Public Security Trade Union and the Provincial Labor Federation signed a coordination charter.

At the ceremony, the two units agreed to coordinate in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. The Public Security Trade Union deploys and directs the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies; the State's policies and laws; directives and resolutions of the Central Public Security Party Committee; Resolutions of the Vietnam Trade Union Congress, Resolutions of the Public Security Trade Union Congress; and documents on policies and regimes of the Ministry of Public Security related to cadres, union members and workers in the Public Security.

The Provincial Federation of Labor directs and disseminates to cadres, union members, workers and employees of the Public Security Trade Union stationed in the province the directives and resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, resolutions of the Provincial Federation of Labor Congress, documents and policies of the locality related to employees of the Public Security force stationed in the province.

Every year, the People's Public Security Trade Union and the Provincial Labor Federation coordinate to direct the organization of emulation movements, evaluate and approve emulation titles and forms of rewards; coordinate and direct union members and workers to actively participate in the movement of the whole people to protect national security...
