On August 31, the Provincial People's Committee held a regular meeting in August to consider proposals and recommendations from enterprises, cooperatives, and business households.

Comrade Nguyen Cao Son, Member of Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference. Also attending were leaders of the Departments of Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, and the Provincial People's Committee Office.

The conference recorded the opinions of 3 enterprises and business households. Of which, Master Vina Company Limited (Dong Huong Industrial Park, Kim Son District) proposed to adjust the investment project; adjust the total investment structure of the project; adjust the project implementation progress because during the operation, the Company received many new orders, so the old scale did not meet the requirements of the partners. An Chi Company Limited (Nam Thanh Ward, Ninh Binh City) proposed the Provincial People's Committee to create conditions for the Company to rent land to establish an investment project to build a general trading supermarket. Mr. Tran Van Tho's household, in Kim Trung Commune, Kim Son District, proposed that the competent authorities approve the investment policy of the investment project to build an aquaculture production and breeding facility.

After listening to the proposals of enterprises, business households and opinions of the sectors, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Cao Son acknowledged the opinions of enterprises and business households and affirmed that the province strongly encourages enterprises to innovate technology, adjust to increase capacity and total investment capital, but must ensure district planning, regional planning and ensure environmental factors and workers' lives.

Regarding Master Vina Company Limited, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the enterprise to stop all construction items, import machinery to increase capacity and scale without being licensed by the State; the Department of Planning and Investment coordinates with relevant Departments to conduct a comprehensive review of the investment scale and operation process to discuss solutions to help investors with the contents proposed by the enterprise.

Regarding the recommendations of businesses and individuals, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments and branches to support and guide businesses and business households in accordance with regulations.
