The Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to a progress report on the implementation of the Con Vanh Golf Course Project.

On the morning of September 17, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to reports from relevant agencies and investors on the progress of the Con Vanh Golf Course Project. Comrade Lai Van Hoan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

According to the report, Huy Hoang Urban Development and Joint Stock Company is the investor implementing the Con Vanh Golf Course Project (Hung Phu Commune). Up to now, the investor is implementing many items, striving to put the project into operation in early 2028. In particular, the project has been started; land procedures have been completed; contracts have been signed for construction of a number of packages on roads and land leveling... In the coming time, the investor will make plans to construct golf courses, traffic works and technical infrastructure, auxiliary works, and accommodation works.

During the implementation process, the investor encountered difficulties in the source of filling materials and requested the province to allow the receipt of dredged materials from seaports and inland waterways; to license the establishment of two temporary wharves to transport materials; and to allow funding for planning to initiate and develop surrounding real estate, service and tourism projects.

At the meeting, departments and branches reported and gave opinions on project progress, and answered investors' recommendations.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lai Van Hoan emphasized: Con Vanh Golf Course Project is an important project of the province. When put into operation and put into exploitation, it will create a breakthrough in developing the marine economy and promoting tourism development. To achieve the project's goals, investors need to focus all resources, strive to complete ahead of schedule, and put it into operation and exploitation soon. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee answered the investors' recommendations and proposals to the province. In particular, regarding the source of filling materials, in addition to urging licensed sand mines to step up exploitation and supply of sand for projects, the Department of Agriculture and Environment reviewed the remaining sand mines to organize bidding and grant licenses to put them into exploitation to promptly serve the needs of the project. Regarding the licensing of the construction of 2 temporary wharves to serve the transportation of materials for project implementation, the Department of Construction presided over and coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to guide the People's Committee of Hung Phu commune to soon grant licenses to investors. Regarding the investor's proposal on funding for planning to launch and develop real estate, service and tourism projects in the surrounding area, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee took note to report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
