According to the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, the Thanh Hai Industrial Park expansion area currently has about 22 hectares, with 4 registered investment projects. Up to now, these projects have completed construction documents and are assembling equipment and machinery. Through review, the work of converting the purpose of rice land in the project area to upgrade the Wastewater Treatment Plant, leveling the ground and internal traffic roads in the Industrial Park has basically been completed; however, about 3,000 square meters of land in Area F has not been completely cleared, causing difficulties in the construction of secondary projects.

Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Concluding the working session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to focus on coordinating with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Construction and a number of related sectors to continue researching and advising the Provincial People's Committee to complete legal procedures and allocate land to secondary projects that have registered for investment to ensure compliance after the 2024 Land Law takes effect. Regarding the situation of site clearance, proactively review and grasp the remaining areas, promptly resolve them, and ensure that projects are qualified to proceed with construction as planned.
