The Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1761 and 1759/QD-UBND dated August 29, 2024 on receiving the status quo of Song Hong Technical - Vocational College and Viet Tri Construction Hospital under the Ministry of Construction to the People's Committee of Phu Tho province.

Accordingly, the Song Hong Technical and Vocational College is directly managed by the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. The Viet Tri Construction Hospital is directly managed by the Department of Health . The Provincial People's Committee assigned the management agencies of the two units to coordinate with the Departments of Home Affairs, Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant agencies and units to receive finance, assets, equipment, facilities, organizational structure, personnel and other contents to manage, use and ensure the operation of the unit according to current regulations.

Facilities of Viet Tri Construction Hospital.

At the same time, develop a project to arrange and consolidate Song Hong Technical - Vocational College and Viet Tri Construction Hospital in accordance with the actual situation of the province, report to competent authorities for consideration and decision. The Department of Home Affairs coordinates with the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Health to receive personnel, organize the apparatus of the two units and implement policies and regimes for civil servants and employees according to regulations.

The Department of Finance, Natural Resources and Environment coordinates with the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Health to receive and manage the use of finance, assets, land and constructions on the land of the Song Hong Technical and Vocational College and Viet Tri Construction Hospital according to regulations.
