Ukraine has used a new series of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), called the UJ-25 Skyline, to attack military targets on Russian territory. Notably, these drones have never been seen on the front line before.

Russian social networks spread several images of the scene where a Ukrainian drone crashed into the roof of a house on Russian territory.
Judging from the images provided, this UAV is called UJ-25 Skyline. This UAV was first mentioned in September 2023, during an interview with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov in an interview with CNN . Since then, no further information about this aircraft has appeared, and its technical specifications have not been disclosed.
The Ukrainian military also announced on December 24 that Russia had launched 15 drones into Ukraine, mainly in the south of the country, last night and that air defense forces had destroyed 14 of them.
On Telegram , the Ukrainian Air Force said: "As a result of the air battle, the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed 14 Shahed drones in the Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro and Khmelnytsky regions."
The drones were launched from the Russian coast of the Sea of Azov. There are no reports of casualties or damage.
