Dr. Phan Tan Luc graduated from Ton Duc Thang University in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration; Danang University in 2022 with a degree in English; a master's degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in 2017 and a doctorate from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in 2021.

In training and scientific research, Dr. Phan Tan Luc has guided 2 graduate students to successfully defend their master's theses, led 2 research topics at Thu Dau Mot University and was ranked excellent.
