Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission announced some inspection and supervision results.

Comrade Vu Hong Hien, Standing Committee Member, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, spoke at the meeting.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed the results of the inspection of the leadership, implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party for the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of the Hai Duong City Party Committee.

Through the inspection, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong City Party Committee paid attention to leading, directing, thoroughly implementing effectively directives, resolutions, regulations and guidelines on performing inspection and supervision tasks; seriously organizing the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party.

The Hai Duong City Party Committee's Inspection Committee has proactively advised the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks according to assigned functions and tasks.

However, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong City Party Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Hai Duong City Party Committee and a number of subordinate grassroots Party committees still have some limitations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, organization and implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Hai Duong City Party Committee to pay attention to directing the overcoming of limitations and shortcomings pointed out through inspection; strengthen leadership, direction, and guidance for grassroots Party committees and inspection committees to effectively carry out inspection and supervision work in the coming time.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also reviewed the results of supervision of the Thanh Mien District Party Committee Standing Committee in leading, directing, managing, and using cadres under the management of the District Party Committee Standing Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that the Standing Committee of Thanh Mien District Party Committee has paid attention to leading, directing, disseminating, thoroughly and seriously implementing the documents of the Central and the province in the management and use of cadres in the district Party Committee.

However, in leading, directing and implementing the supervised contents, the Standing Committee of Thanh Mien District Party Committee still has some limitations and shortcomings.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of Thanh Mien District Party Committee to continue promoting advantages, seriously learn from experience and direct the staff agencies on personnel organization to review, learn from experience, overcome limitations and shortcomings, and better perform tasks in the coming time.

At the 33rd session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed the results of asset and income verification for officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission verified the asset and income declarations of three cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee who are working at Thanh Mien District Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that the verified comrades had declared their assets and basic incomes in accordance with regulations and guidelines. However, the declaration of assets and incomes of the verified comrades still had some limitations, shortcomings, and defects. Based on the level of limitations, shortcomings, and defects of each comrade, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the 3 comrades to seriously learn from their experiences.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also considered disciplining party members. Considering the requests of relevant party organizations and the verification report of the inspection team, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that comrade Pham Quoc Hoai, during his tenure as Party Committee Secretary and Head of the Mobile Police Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police), was irresponsible in assessing and proposing unexpected rewards for conscripts that did not follow procedures and regulations.

Based on the content, nature, level, consequences, and cause of the violation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to discipline comrade Pham Quoc Hoai, former Party Committee Secretary and former Head of the Mobile Police Department, with a reprimand.
