The conference was connected online to 166 new commune-level bridges, with the participation of leaders of Party committees, People's Councils, Provincial People's Committees, representatives of Standing Party Committees, grassroots authorities, specialized departments and offices and key officials of new administrative units.

Participating in discussions at the conference, representatives of the new commune authorities expressed their determination to resolve difficulties and obstacles, striving to complete the support for building solid houses for poor households, policy families, and households with housing difficulties in the area.
Based on the delegates' opinions, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi assigned specific tasks to the new communes and wards in a direction suitable to the 2-level government model but still ensuring continuity and no interruption.
Accordingly, local authorities and Party committees need to actively mobilize resources and concentrate local forces to help people complete house construction, reducing difficulties in labor and material costs for households. Ensure that by June 20, 2025 at the latest, construction and repair of all remaining supported houses will be simultaneously started.
At the same time, speed up the construction progress of ongoing projects, strive to completely complete the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the entire province before August 31, 2025.

Through the pilot operation, relevant provincial departments, commune and ward authorities will evaluate and draw lessons to implement in a manner appropriate to local realities, ensuring that housing support for poor households, policy families, and households with housing difficulties when the 2-level local government model officially comes into operation achieves high results.
This is a pilot program within the plan to pilot the operation of Party committees, People's Councils, and People's Committees in newly rearranged and reorganized communes and wards according to the province's 2-level local government model.
