To implement the Project "Army officers and soldiers help children go to school", the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units of the provincial armed forces (LLVT) organized to thoroughly grasp and clearly define the meaning and tasks. Therein, develop a plan, seriously and effectively implement it, in accordance with each locality and task requirements. At the same time, propagate, mobilize, and assign tasks to officers and soldiers in conjunction with implementing the Project "Promoting the role of the People's Army in participating in the dissemination and education of law, mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level for the period 2021-2027" (approved under Decision No. 1371/QD-TTg dated July 30, 2021 of the Prime Minister).
Agencies and units in the provincial military regularly coordinate with local Party committees, authorities, and schools in the area to survey and select students from grades 1-12, with especially difficult circumstances, ethnic minorities, orphans, homeless, children of martyrs, war invalids, policy families... to sponsor, support, and adopt.
At the opening ceremony of the new school year 2025 - 2026, Pa U Primary Boarding School (Pa U commune) had 6 students receiving support from the project. Teacher Bui Thi Minh Khuyen (teacher of the school) shared: The life of the people here is still difficult, they do not have the conditions to take care of their children, many are in pitiful and disadvantaged situations compared to their friends in the central area. Therefore, the project was implemented with a support level of 500,000 VND/month for each difficult situation, which is a meaningful and humane work, lighting up bright dreams for students in disadvantaged areas.
It is known that the Party Committees and commanders of units and agencies in the provincial armed forces regularly coordinate with local Party Committees, authorities and branches to widely propagate to the people of all ethnic groups in the area to see the humanistic meaning and practical effectiveness, thereby expanding and spreading in the community and the whole society; maintain close contact to promptly grasp the learning and training situation, awareness and responsibility of students towards the class, school, family and community. In addition to the support and contributions of officers and soldiers, we also call for the participation of agencies and businesses inside and outside the province to support in cash and kind.

Not only providing material support, officers and soldiers also care for, encourage, and orient their careers so that they can strive to study and excel; have plans to nurture and train students with good academic performance, creating a source of cadres for the locality with the motto "sincerity, substance, responsibility, and efficiency".
