The Vietnamese labor market is continuing its impressive recovery. The results of a quick survey of businesses in the Top 500 leading employers in Vietnam and the Top 10 best workplaces in Vietnam by industry in 2023 show that, in addition to focusing on creating a good working environment, especially paying special attention to employees' salaries, businesses have continuously strived to compete by building a prestigious employer brand image, building culture, accumulating core values for the business, creating many promotion opportunities for employees.

In the context of an increasingly developing knowledge-based economy, high-quality human resources increasingly demonstrate their role as a key factor in increasing competitiveness and enhancing the prosperity of each country.

“Talent, not capital, will be the key factor linking innovation, competitiveness and growth in the 21st century.” Equipment, factories or financial capital are no longer the most important assets of a business. Instead, intangible resources such as knowledge, skills and relationships become the leading competitive advantages.

If businesses know how to take advantage of this, they will become a magnet to attract quality human resources, ensuring sustainable and long-term development, as well as quickly adapting to unpredictable fluctuations of the economy.
