The dangerous area in the East Sea in the next 24 hours is determined from latitude 13.5 to 17.5 degrees North; west of longitude 112.5 degrees East (the dangerous area will be adjusted in the next forecast bulletins).

At the same time, organize monitoring and counting of ships and boats operating in the area affected by the low pressure area; strictly manage the means of going out to sea; maintain regular communication with the owners of the means to promptly handle bad situations that may occur; be ready with measures to ensure the safety of people and property in the aquaculture and seafood areas. Be ready with forces and means for rescue when required.
