Traveling 500km to treat fibroids at Tam Tri Quang Nam Hospital

At the age of over 50, Mrs. TTH began to feel heaviness and discomfort in her lower abdomen. Feeling that something was wrong, she took the initiative to go to a local clinic. The results made her worried: a tumor was growing in her uterus.

This is a very common gynecological disease at all ages, from the childbearing period to menopause or postmenopause. However, recently this disease has become more and more common in young women.

When symptoms such as heavy menstrual bleeding or severe menstrual cramps, pain or tension in the lower abdomen, the abdomen or uterus being larger than normal, or constipation appear, women should immediately go for a gynecological examination; it is best to have regular check-ups and ultrasounds for early detection and treatment.
