HNP - On the afternoon of September 26, Dai Thanh commune held a meeting of the expanded Party Executive Committee to review the implementation of political tasks and Party building work in the third quarter, and deploy directions and tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Carrying out the work of Party building and political system building in the third quarter of 2025, from the first day of operation, the Party Committee of Dai Thanh commune has focused on resolutely and effectively implementing the directions of the Central and City on operating the 2-level local government model.

State budget revenue by the end of the third quarter of 2025 is estimated to reach 14 billion 995 million VND, reaching 85.7% of the estimate. Budget expenditure is estimated to be over 231 billion VND, reaching 70% of the estimate. Implement allocation and assignment of socio-economic targets and regular expenditure estimates to departments, offices and units. Continue to implement Resolution No. 173/NQ-CP of the Government on saving regular expenditure estimates for 2025, ensuring the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the area.

Besides, the commune has done well in decoration, propaganda, culture and arts to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people, serving the political tasks of the country, the capital and the commune.

Digital transformation, information technology application, and innovation are being implemented strongly and drastically. The commune organized a "45-day and night" campaign focusing on digital skills training, opening "Mobile Digital Literacy" points, upgrading digital infrastructure, training cadres, civil servants, and public employees on digital skills, information security, data mining, digital platform operation, system administration, and promoting the creation of comprehensive and synchronous digital data.

The work of receiving citizens, receiving and resolving administrative procedures has been given attention and focus. From July 1st to now, the commune has received 2,865 records; of which 1,462 records were received directly, 1,393 records were received online, and 10 records were received via the public postal service. 2,737 records (99.49%) were resolved on time and before the deadline, 14 records were overdue (1.51%), and 114 records within the deadline are being resolved.
