Kien Hung Commune focuses on clearing the land for the Tan Trao Industrial Park project and other projects to realize the goal of becoming a growth pole in the Southern Hai Phong Economic Zone.

Kien Hung commune leaders informed about the socio -economic situation and site clearance work at the conference of the Commune Party Executive Committee.

At the Kien Hung Commune Party Executive Committee meeting on October 3, the Party Committee leader said that in the last months of 2025, the commune will focus on site clearance for Tan Trao Industrial Park and consider this a top priority task.

Accordingly, to quickly carry out the site clearance work for Tan Trao Industrial Park, Kien Hung Commune proposed that the city soon approve and build a resettlement area and a centralized cemetery. The resettlement policy ensures good infrastructure, creating conditions for long-term stability.

Previously, in September 2025, the site clearance work for the Tan Trao industrial park project achieved "lightning-fast" results. In just one day, 297/299 households in Da Ngu village received compensation of more than 145 billion VND, affirming the drastic participation of the entire political system in propaganda, mobilization, and creating consensus among the people.

The commune handed over more than 300,000 m² of land to serve the groundbreaking ceremony of Tan Trao Industrial Park Phase 1 and Hai Phong LNG Power Plant - a project to welcome the first Hai Phong City Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Along with that, the commune actively cleared the land for Sao Mai industrial cluster with a scale of 49.97 hectares (recovering land of more than 600 households in Ngoc Tinh village, Kim Son) and a number of other important projects.

Tan Trao Industrial Park Phase 1 project has a total area of ​​226.79 hectares, of which Kien Hung commune has 222.41 hectares, including the LNG power plant. This is a national key project, of strategic significance to the development of the city and locality.
