Sao Vang Commune commends typical advanced models in the period 2020 - 2025

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of August 18, Sao Vang commune held a conference to commend typical advanced models in the period 2020 - 2025. This is an opportunity to summarize and evaluate the results of the patriotic emulation movement and reward work in the past 5 years, and at the same time set out directions and tasks for the period 2025 - 2030.

Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh 's thought "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation...", in recent years, the patriotic emulation movement in Sao Vang commune has developed widely and widely, spreading in all fields, thereby, many new models, good practices, good people, good deeds have appeared, contributing significantly to the overall development of the commune.

Notably, the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas has achieved positive results, Xuan Sinh and old Tho Lam communes have achieved advanced NTM commune status; Sao Vang town has achieved civilized urban standards; 31 villages have achieved NTM status and 4 villages have achieved model NTM status. The local economy has developed, with an estimated average income per capita in 2025 of 73.5 million VND/person/year. The total construction investment capital in the area has reached more than 600 billion VND.

Along with the emulation movements to develop the socio-economy and ensure security and order, the movement "Building clean and strong grassroots Party organizations" associated with the implementation of "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" is regularly directed to grassroots Party organizations and Party members. Through emulation movements, many outstanding collectives and individuals have been recognized and rewarded, becoming the core to spread the emulation spirit throughout society. In the period 2020-2025, the whole commune had 287 collectives and individuals rewarded at all levels.

Comrade Hoang Van Dong, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the commune spoke at the conference.

On this occasion, Sao Vang commune commended and rewarded 13 collectives and 91 typical advanced individuals in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025 and elected delegates to attend the Provincial Congress to commend typical advanced individuals for the period 2020 - 2025.

Also at the conference, Sao Vang commune launched an emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030 with specific goals to contribute to the successful implementation of the tasks of economic, cultural - social development, national defense - security work in the area; building Sao Vang to soon become a dynamic economic center in the West of Thanh Hoa province, towards a rich, civilized and modern urban area.
