Identify the focus and specify each task in implementing the Quang Nam Provincial Planning

The Action Program aims to identify key tasks that need to be performed, assign specific tasks to departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in organizing the implementation of the Prime Minister's decisions; create social consensus to implement the Provincial Planning in a synchronous, drastic and effective manner, towards the goal of striving to make Quang Nam a fairly developed province of the country, an important growth pole of the Central Highlands region during the planning period.

The Action Program sets out the main tasks and solutions; emphasizing the common tasks of departments, branches, sectors, units and localities such as: Continuing to review and abolish plans and contents in the plans on investment in developing specific goods, services and products, determining the volume, quantity of goods, services and products produced and consumed in the province according to the provisions in Point d, Clause 1, Article 59 of the Law on Planning (if any). Review, adjust, abolish or advise on adjusting and abolishing according to the authority of relevant plans, programs, projects and options to be consistent and consistent with the Provincial Planning.

Focus on reviewing, proactively establishing and adjusting urban and rural planning, technical and specialized planning (under the approval authority of the locality) according to the provisions of law on planning, ensuring consistency and synchronization with the Provincial Planning.

Based on the assigned functions and tasks, departments, branches, units and localities proactively advise and closely coordinate with central ministries and branches according to the sector in the process of establishing, appraising, approving and implementing national planning, regional planning, technical and specialized planning (established by central ministries and branches) to ensure consistency and synchronization with provincial planning, urban and rural planning and technical and specialized planning (under the approval authority of localities) to ensure the connection and rationality between types of planning as prescribed in Article 6 of the Law on Planning...

The Provincial People's Committee assigns provincial departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities and relevant agencies and units, based on their assigned functions and tasks and specific tasks in this program, to urgently develop and promulgate implementation plans of the units to carry out assigned tasks; in which clearly identify solutions, progress, specific implementation roadmap and assign affiliated units to implement each assigned content, task and target; complete and send to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Planning and Investment and the Provincial People's Committee Office) in the third quarter of 2025.
