On the same day, a clip was circulated on social networks recording the image of a 16-seat passenger van forcing a truck into the emergency lane on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway.

At this time, a closed-body truck was traveling when a 16-seat passenger van came at high speed, forcing the truck into the emergency lane of the highway.

Although the truck driver tried to swerve to the left to leave the emergency lane, the bus driver did not yield. The bus driver even braked hard and continued to swerve to the right to force the truck driver to stop.

The pickup truck driver’s actions were recorded by another vehicle’s dash cam. The clip, after being posted on social media, received many comments from the online community.

Most comments expressed indignation and anger at the behavior of the 16-seat car driver and asked the authorities to quickly verify and severely punish him.
