1.87 billion VND to upgrade 7 alleys in Nhieu Loc ward (HCMC)

Upgrading 7 alley branches to solve the flooding problem that has lasted for many years in Nhieu Loc ward (HCMC).

On the morning of August 8, Nhieu Loc Ward (HCMC) started the project of maintaining, repairing and upgrading 7 alleys in the ward. Attending the ceremony were comrades: Vo Van Duc, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Nhieu Loc Ward; Ngo Thi Hien, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nhieu Loc Ward and many local people.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairwoman of Nhieu Loc Ward People's Committee Ngo Thi Hien emphasized that the implementation of maintenance and upgrading of the alley system in the ward is an important step, contributing to urban beautification, improving traffic conditions, improving the quality of life for people and promoting socio -economic development in the area.

The project includes 7 alley branches with a total construction area of ​​over 1,618m². Specifically, alley 702 Truong Sa, alley 704 Truong Sa, alley 108 Tran Quang Dieu (2 branches), alleys 822 and 828 Truong Sa (2 branches), alley 782 Truong Sa will have the entire road surface renewed and the drainage system renovated, solving the problem of degradation and poor drainage that has lasted for many years. The total investment is 1.87 billion VND.

This is a project of practical significance, demonstrating the close attention of the authorities at all levels to the lives of the people. It is expected that after 3 months of construction, the alley cluster will be completed, creating a new look for the Nhieu Loc ward area.
