11 individuals in Hai Duong were awarded medals for their contributions to cooperative development.

Leaders of Hai Duong Province Cooperative Union awarded commemorative medals to individuals dedicated to the cause of cooperative development.

This time, 11 individuals were awarded the "For the cause of cooperative development" medal. The provincial cooperative alliance admitted 4 new members including the following cooperatives: Rice noodle production and packaging (Tu Ky); Hac Vang Kinh Mon agricultural production and trade services (Kinh Mon); Tam Anh clean agricultural products (Thanh Mien); Hoang Dieu leather and footwear production and services (Gia Loc).

The province currently has 530 cooperatives, of which 373 operate in the agricultural sector; 157 operate in the non-agricultural production sector. Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Cooperative Union has supported procedures and disbursed loans to 2 cooperatives totaling more than 1.4 billion VND to develop production and expand business.
