20 Hanoi enterprises attend the Exhibition of typical rural industrial products

Hanoi's booth at the 2024 Outstanding Rural Industrial Products Exhibition attracted 20 participating businesses. This is an effective bridge for businesses.

Pursuant to Plan No. 43/KH-UBND dated January 31, 2024 of the Hanoi People's Committee on industrial promotion in Hanoi in 2024; Notice No. 76/TBKC1-TV dated June 27, 2024 of the Hanoi Center for Industrial Promotion and Industrial Development Consulting on registration to participate in the 2024 Typical Rural Industrial Products Fair; Plan No. 700/KH-SCT dated February 23, 2024 of the Department of Industry and Trade on implementing the Hanoi Industrial Promotion Plan in 2024, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade issued the Plan to participate in the 2024 Typical Rural Industrial Products Fair.

Accordingly, at the 2024 Exhibition of Typical Rural Industrial Products taking place from October 24 to 28, 2024 at the Vincom Royal City Commercial Center Square, Hanoi, the Hanoi pavilion with an area of ​​about 270 m2 (equivalent to 30 standard booths) is beautifully decorated and staged, with the participation of 20 enterprises and production units trading in typical rural industrial products, handicraft products, souvenirs, and typical OCOP products of Hanoi.

According to Hanoi enterprises participating in the Exhibition Fair, with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, enterprises had the opportunity to display, introduce and promote products, especially typical rural industrial products, handicraft products, traditional craft village products in Hanoi. In addition, participating in brand promotion activities, finding partners, expanding markets. At the same time, enhancing exchanges and cooperation with provinces and cities in the Northern region in particular and the whole country in general.

“The Fair and Exhibition is an effective bridge, bringing many economic values ​​as well as practical opportunities to help the business community and establishments seek investment cooperation opportunities, develop markets, improve competitiveness, position and take off the brands of typical rural industrial products of Vietnam in general and Hanoi in particular,” shared a business representative.

The 2024 Outstanding Rural Industrial Products Fair is organized by the Department of Industry and Trade (Ministry of Industry and Trade). This is an important trade promotion activity of the 2024 National Industrial Promotion Program, attracting about 150 organizations and businesses from 40 localities across the country, with 250 booths focusing on hundreds of products that have been voted and honored as outstanding rural industrial products at the national and regional levels.

About 50% of the products displayed at the Exhibition have now entered distribution channels and supply chains in the national market, especially products in the fields of agricultural, forestry, fishery, food processing, and handicraft products with outstanding quality and high usage value, meeting the tastes of domestic and foreign consumers.
