4 simple steps to participate in Vietnam ESG Awards 2025

(Dan Tri) - The Organizing Committee of the Vietnam ESG Forum has officially opened the registration portal for participation in the Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 from September 4. Enterprises and organizations can submit their registrations right on the online portal.

From September 4, the registration portal for the Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 officially opened, accepting applications from the business community and units that implement ESG or integrate ESG implementation into operations.

Entities interested in Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 can submit their registration here. The registration portal for Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 will close at 10:00 on November 5.

To register to participate in Vietnam ESG Awards 2025, the unit follows these steps:

Step 1: Register to participate in Round 1

Enterprises or organizations registering to participate in Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 are divided into 2 types: Manufacturing and Trade - Services.

Participating units can access and choose one of two suitable types of activities and provide basic information about the unit. The Organizing Committee will contact via email to guide in detail the process of preparing the Basic Criteria Set of Vietnam ESG Awards 2025.

Step 2: Submit Round 1 application

Participating units submit the completed Basic Criteria Set to the Organizing Committee via email. The Organizing Committee will collect information and proceed to transfer and evaluate the Round 1 documents.

Step 3: Prepare documents for Round 2

Units that pass Round 1 will be contacted directly by the Organizing Committee for instructions on preparing the Advanced Criteria Set.

Step 4: Evaluation and Honor

The Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 Judging Council will evaluate the Round 2 applications and announce the final results. The qualified units will be honored at the Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 within the framework of the Vietnam ESG Forum 2025.

Steps to register for Vietnam ESG Awards 2025

Vietnam ESG Awards is a title honoring pioneering organizations in applying ESG criteria (Environment, Society, Governance). Not only is it a milestone in the development journey of recognized businesses, Vietnam ESG Awards also carries a message to encourage the business community to join hands to build a sustainable future.

The basic criteria of Vietnam ESG Awards include 3 main pillars: environment (E), society (S) and governance (G) with 20 indicators on each pillar. This criteria set is selected and agreed upon by the Vietnam ESG Awards Appraisal Council, including prestigious experts on ESG and sustainable development, based on international standards for measuring the level of ESG implementation in enterprises.

After passing Round 1 with the Basic Criteria Set, the units will be directly contacted by the Organizing Committee for instructions on preparing the Advanced Criteria Set.

From now until the end of the year, the Vietnam ESG Forum 2025 will have many attractive activities and events such as seminars, workshops, talkshows, company tours... promising to bring valuable and useful information to organizations and businesses that are implementing ESG, interested in implementing ESG, and aiming for sustainable development.

Vietnam ESG Awards is the highlight of the Vietnam ESG Forum. In 2024, the Vietnam ESG Forum with the theme "Sustainable development strategy in the new era" included a series of events and activities, including the Vietnam ESG Awards 2024, which took place successfully, receiving support from the expert and business community.

The 31 units honored at the Vietnam ESG Awards 2024 are all large units with certain marks and results in ESG implementation. After 2 rounds of impartial evaluation by members of the Vietnam ESG Awards 2024 Judging Council, the units honored by the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam ESG Forum were all considered worthy.

Vietnam ESG Awards 2025 is part of the Vietnam ESG Forum 2025 with the theme " Science and technology and driving force for sustainable development".

After the launching ceremony of the Vietnam ESG Forum 2025, two large-scale workshops on the topic "Digital transformation solutions and ESG practices - Key to global economic integration" on June 24 and the workshop "Implementing ESG with AI: What should businesses do?" on August 14 in Ho Chi Minh City were held, attracting a large number of delegates to participate, with many interesting contents.
