Four households in Thanh Cuong commune, including Mrs. Tran Thi Phe's family (in Vinh Xa village), Mr. Le Duc Tu (in Thanh Thinh village), Mr. Le Dinh Thang and Mrs. Le Thi Thap (both in Vinh Binh village), organized to dismantle illegal construction on agricultural land with a total clearance area of ​​over 386 square meters on October ^10. The households dismantled the construction on the expanded area, removed the corrugated iron roof, built iron frame, brick wall, etc.

Thanh Cuong commune currently has 14 households violating construction on agricultural land, the most in Thanh Ha district. The commune People's Committee has actively reviewed, propagated, and mobilized households to dismantle on their own. Thanh Cuong commune People's Committee has issued a decision to administratively sanction the households. By October 10, 5 households had dismantled on their own (previously 1 household had self-demolished); 1 case is under the district's jurisdiction to handle, the commune will continue to propagate and mobilize the remaining 8 households to dismantle on their own. If they do not comply, the commune will organize enforcement, expected to be completed in October 2024.

Through review, Thanh Ha district has 34 cases of construction violating agricultural land, by October 11, 15 violations have been handled and dismantled. It is expected that the work of clearing violations will be completed by the end of October.

Previously in August, the Chairman of Thanh Ha District People's Committee issued a directive requesting specialized agencies and leaders of communes and towns to strengthen state management of land. The Chairman of the People's Committee of communes and towns is responsible for conducting inspections, preparing records to promptly and thoroughly handle violations in the management area. Local leaders who allow violations of land management and use in the area to occur without promptly preventing and handling them will be criticized, reviewed, and disciplined according to regulations.
