Proposal to reclaim agricultural land of 19 households affected by the 500kV power line project in Gia Loc

According to the proposal of Gia Loc District People's Committee, after handing over land for the 500kV power line project, there are still 19 households in Quang Minh and Nhat Tan communes in the district with 1,716 square meters of small, distorted, and difficult-to-cultivate agricultural land. Some plots of land are located within the power poles, not suitable for cultivation. These households have also submitted a request to reclaim all of their land.

After comparing regulations, consulting with sectors and considering Gia Loc district's proposal, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment proposed the Provincial People's Committee to allow Gia Loc district People's Committee to reclaim the above area to facilitate households with land and speed up the progress of compensation and site clearance for public investment projects.
