6/8 police schools announce enrollment targets for 2025

(Dan Tri) - As of the afternoon of February 28, 6/8 police schools have announced their enrollment targets. In 2025, this group of schools will recruit a total of 2,200 new students.

This year, the People's Security Academy increased its regular enrollment quota by 30 compared to last year, with a total of 440 (last year there were only 410 quotas).

In which, Security professional group: 290 targets (Male: 261; Female: 29).

Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention: 150 positions; of which up to 50 male positions are reserved for overseas training in the field of Information Technology, selected from among the candidates admitted to the school.

In addition, the school recruits 100 Information Technology students under the cooperation program with Hanoi University of Science and Technology and 150 quotas for the second degree program.

The school has not yet announced the admission method and will be notified after receiving instructions from the Ministry of Public Security .

The People's Security University is assigned to recruit 260 regular university training targets (234 men; 26 women); 140 university training targets for 2nd degree in public security in 2025 for citizens who have graduated from university or higher. The southern recruitment area is from Da Nang to Ca Mau .

The People's Public Security University of Engineering and Logistics was assigned to recruit 200 new regular university-level training positions, an increase of 60 positions compared to last year.

Of which, the school will recruit 100 students in the North (90 males; 10 females), 100 students in the South (90 males and 10 females).

This year, the school was assigned to recruit 50 non-industry cooperation training targets (45 males and 5 females) for nationwide enrollment in medical university training at the Military Medical Academy - Ministry of National Defense.

In addition, this year the school was assigned to recruit 50 new students (45 male; 5 female) to train for university diploma 2 in public security for citizens who have a university degree or higher.

The People's Police Academy recruited 530 full-time students in the Police Profession group, equivalent to last year, including 477 males and 53 females according to admission methods, locations, and gender.

In case the school does not recruit enough candidates in the admission area (according to each exam combination), this number of candidates will be transferred to consider candidates from the remaining admission areas in the Northern region, from high to low according to the admission regulations.

The Fire Prevention and Fighting University recruits 200 full-time university students, an increase of 60 compared to last year, including 180 males and 20 females, divided equally between the northern region (from Hue and above) and the southern region (from Da Nang and below).

In addition, the school will recruit 50 students for the second degree program in police service, including 45 males and 5 females, without dividing by region. For the civil program, the school will announce later.

In 2025 , the People's Public Security Academy will recruit 100 new students for training in Party Building and State Administration, including 90 males and 10 females, evenly distributed between the North and the South, with 50 students per region.

In 2025, the Ministry of Public Security will allocate regular university and intermediate enrollment quotas in 2025 for university-level majors with 2,200 quotas for 8 police schools. Intermediate level has 300 quotas and 850 quotas for 2nd degree.

Specific quotas for each school and each major are divided by enrollment regions, from Hue to the North and 5 regions from Da Nang to the South and by gender.
