6.8 million BMK shares listed on UPCoM on December 26

NDO - Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has just announced that on December 26, it will officially put 6.8 million BMK shares of Black Cat Thermal Engineering JSC into trading on the UPCoM market at HNX; the reference price on the first trading day is 14,800 VND/share.

Black Cat Thermal Engineering JSC, stock code: BMK (address at Road No. 6, Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Rach Dua Ward, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province), established in 2006,

The company operates mainly in the field of installing dust extraction systems, insulation systems; construction, installation of soundproofing, painting, passive fire protection...

Regarding production and business activities, in 2023, BMK recorded net revenue of more than VND 308.14 billion (down to 93.6% compared to the same period in 2022), after-tax profit reached more than VND 20.82 billion (down to 62% compared to the same period last year).

On December 26, 6.8 million BMK shares of Black Cat Thermal Engineering JSC will officially be traded on the UPCoM market at HNX with a reference price on the first trading day of VND14,800/share.
