7 agencies are allowed to receive rare wood, animals and plants
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment issued Decision 4236/QD-BNNMT announcing the list of 7 specialized management agencies qualified to receive timber, forest products, animals and plants on the List of endangered, precious and rare species and CITES Appendix when they are identified as exhibits, evidence or when the owner voluntarily transfers ownership to the State.
