After more than 3 weeks of implementing the "First Home" loan package, more than 1,000 customers have expressed interest and contacted ACB through various channels to inquire about the loan package. About 40% of them have registered for loans and are in the process of completing the application and approval procedures. In reality, what customers care about most is the interest rate and the period of application of preferential interest rates. Accordingly, right from the implementation of the "First Home" Loan Package, ACB has widely announced information on many channels, specifically the preferential loan interest rate fixed for the first period from only 5.5%/year, flexible principal repayment method from only 1% of the principal in the first years. The fixed interest rate period for the first period is up to 05 years (60 months), helping borrowers have many options for their financial plan.

The bank's survey also shows that customers often choose to fix the interest rate for the initial period of 2-3 years, about 7-8.5%/year is the appropriate interest rate with a long loan period and flexible repayment method. In fact, in the process of receiving information, the bank has recorded the need to buy a house from many customers over 35 years old. To meet this need, ACB has proactively expanded the age requirement to 40 years old. This helps increase the opportunity to own a house for more customer groups.

However, bank representatives also said that the biggest challenge for housing development for young people lies not only in interest rates but also in many other factors, such as the supply of mid-range real estate or legal factors related to assets.

Therefore, immediately connecting customers, investors and banks in the livestream session demonstrated ACB's flexibility and responsiveness in answering customers' questions as well as supporting investors in reaching young people who have needs but do not know where to start.

ACB has worked with real estate developers to increase the supply of mid-range housing by financing affordable projects, providing dual credit packages to support both investors and homebuyers.
