The Congress unanimously passed the resolution for the 2025-2030 term: Every year, 90% of Party cells under the Party Committee successfully complete their tasks, 90% of Party members successfully complete their tasks or better. By 2030, the average sown area will reach over 8,500 hectares, yield 5.63 tons/hectare, rice output over 48,000 tons; develop 2 new cooperatives and 5 cooperative groups.

At the end of the term, the average income per capita reached 90 million VND/year; 75km of rural roads were newly built and repaired according to the criteria of advanced new rural areas; 2 schools were built to meet national standards; budget collection and fund mobilization reached 100% of the assigned target.
