An Giang and Lam Dong arouse the desire to rise up

On September 3, Working Group No. 2 of the Politburo, chaired by Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, worked with the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of An Giang and Lam Dong provinces to give opinions on draft documents and personnel plans to be submitted to the Party Congresses of the two provinces for the 2025-2030 term.

Concluding the working session, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh basically agreed with the draft documents, the provinces have implemented the spirit of Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the conclusions and guiding documents of the Central Committee. The Prime Minister acknowledged and highly appreciated the important results that the two provinces have achieved, comprehensively in all fields, and at the same time frankly pointed out the limitations, causes and lessons learned.

According to the Prime Minister , the directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 period demonstrate political determination, development vision, identify key and breakthrough tasks, and have thoroughly grasped and concretized major policies and orientations in the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee and the Politburo recently issued. The Prime Minister requested the two localities to fully absorb the opinions of the Politburo and Secretariat members, and the comments of the committees, ministries and branches to complete the documents and personnel submitted to the Congress.

The Prime Minister emphasized the need for the two localities to pay attention to building a strong political system; ensuring national defense and security; doing well in ethnic and religious affairs; improving people's lives; being determined and having strong solutions to promote all resources, promote start-ups and encourage innovation, digital transformation, and arouse the spirit of aspiration; requesting the two provinces to soon complete the Action Program to implement the Resolution to submit to the Congress in the direction of clear goals, tasks, resources, people, work, progress, and responsibilities, so that it can be implemented immediately after the Congress; promoting good propaganda work before, during and after the Congress.

The Politburo's working group evaluated the draft documents and personnel plans for the Party Committees of the two provinces, assigned the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the two provinces to absorb the conclusions of the working group and opinions of the agencies to complete the documents and personnel plans for the Congress; assigned the Office of the Central Party Committee to synthesize and report to the Politburo for consideration and decision on the time to organize the Congress of Party Delegates of An Giang and Lam Dong provinces for the 2025-2030 term.
