Impact of storm No. 10: People and vehicles are prohibited from crossing Chiem Hoa bridge (Tuyen Quang)

Currently, the situation of natural disasters caused by storms is becoming more and more complicated, the water level on rivers in Tuyen Quang province is rising suddenly, causing the risk of flooding and affecting the safety of road works and bridges, it is forecasted that in the coming days there will continue to be heavy rain over a large area.

According to Mr. Luu Viet Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang, to ensure the safety of life and property for people and vehicles participating in traffic on the route, the Department of Construction announced the diversion and organization of traffic through Chiem Hoa bridge Km241+887, National Highway 3B, Chiem Hoa commune and Km63+600 + Km63+700, National Highway 34 (Bac Me Hydropower Plant area), Bac Me commune (Tuyen Quang) from 0:00 on October 1 until further notice.

Specifically, all people and vehicles are prohibited from participating in traffic through Chiem Hoa bridge Km241+887 QL.3B, Chiem Hoa commune and Km63+600 + Km63+700, QL.34 (Bac Me Hydropower area), Bac Me commune (Tuyen Quang).

Regarding the traffic diversion of Chiem Hoa bridge Km241+887, QL.3B, Chiem Hoa commune (Tuyen Quang), vehicles going from Minh Xuan ward to Chiem Hoa commune and vice versa are as follows: follow National Highway 2 to Km166+360 (Cau 31 intersection) turn right onto National Highway 3B towards Chiem Hoa commune. At the intersection at the beginning of Chiem Hoa bridge, turn left onto provincial road DT.188 towards Lam Binh commune, Na Hang commune and vice versa.

For Km63+600 + Km63+700, National Highway 34 (Bac Me Hydropower Plant area), Bac Me commune, Tuyen Quang province, the direction from Ha Giang 2 ward (Tuyen Quang) to Bao Lam commune (Cao Bang) and vice versa is as follows: vehicles go in the direction of National Highway 4C (through Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Meo Vac communes) to Bao Lam commune (Cao Bang) and vice versa. The direction from the center of Bac Me commune and Ngoc Duong commune (Tuyen Quang) to Bao Lam commune (Cao Bang) and vice versa is as follows: vehicles go in the direction from Bac Me commune and Ngoc Duong commune to Km31+800, National Highway 34, turn onto Provincial Road DT.176B, turn right at Km73, continue along Provincial Road DT.176 to National Highway 4C and go to Bao Lam commune (Cao Bang) and vice versa.
