Green Shirt Volunteers Support A80

In the bustling atmosphere of the preliminary rehearsal of the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, 8,800 young volunteers of the capital spread out to the central streets to support and give strength to the parade groups serving A80.

From 2:00 p.m. today, August 27, the Capital Volunteer Group with 8,800 members from 43 universities, academies and several communes and wards in Hanoi supported and assisted the parades and marching groups serving A80.

On all the roads leading to Ba Dinh Square, there are not only images of flags and bright red colors, but also images of green volunteer shirts, young people of Hanoi with practical and meaningful actions, creating a beautiful impression in people's minds.

The representative of the Hanoi Youth Union said that the Capital's volunteers served in the following groups of tasks: Supporting security and order on parade routes; serving in stands B, C and security checkpoints of Ba Dinh Square; supporting the reception of delegates from the vehicle assembly area to the square; supporting the reception of provinces and cities; supporting the distribution of water and snacks at 67 points on parade routes and assembly points.

In particular, there are 800 volunteers serving the inner area in mission A80. This is a mission that requires discipline, responsibility and professionalism, contributing to ensuring the solemnity and success of the country's important event.

Volunteers go through many rounds of selection and thorough training from school to city level, equipped with necessary skills, from communication culture, behavior, foreign language skills to historical and cultural knowledge foundation.

In addition to the general training program with 8,800 volunteers, volunteers serving in the Ba Dinh Square grandstand area also participated in separate training sessions, with special notes.
