The Congress seriously assessed the achievements and results of the Front's work in the past term; acknowledged the limitations and shortcomings, and drew lessons to effectively carry out all aspects of work in the 2025-2030 term.

On that basis, the congress set out the goals of the new term: to continue consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc; promoting democracy, strengthening social consensus; strongly innovating the organization, content and methods of operation of the Front and socio- political organizations. Focusing on substantially and effectively innovating the organization, content and methods of operation of the Front in accordance with the 2-level local government model. At the same time, 11 specific targets were identified to successfully implement the set goals for the 2025-2030 term.

At the congress, delegates elected 46 members to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Thanh Trung commune, term I; the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune consists of 6 members. At the first meeting, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune elected the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; and elected Ms. Phan Thi Xuan Mai to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune for the term 2025 - 2030.

Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association Bui Vu Tan requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Thanh Trung commune to focus on grassroots activities, promote the role of prestigious people, religious dignitaries, and Front officials in building and promoting national solidarity.
