According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on October 13, the area from Binh Dinh to Khanh Hoa and the South will have moderate rain and thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall from 10-30mm, in some places over 80mm; in thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

Experts warn that localized heavy rains can cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams; and landslides on steep slopes. Warning of natural disaster risks due to heavy rain, tornadoes, and lightning level 1. People need to proactively monitor weather information and limit travel during heavy rain, especially in areas at risk of flooding and flash floods.

At sea, the sea area from Thua Thien-Hue to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will have showers and thunderstorms; during thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 7-8.

In addition, the northern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8; rough seas; waves 2-3m high. All vessels operating in the above areas are at risk of being affected by tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.

Forecast for the day and night of October 13, the Northwest region will have scattered light fog in the early morning; less cloudy in the afternoon and sunny. The lowest temperature will be from 20-23 degrees Celsius, some places below 20 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be from 28-31 degrees Celsius, some places above 31 degrees Celsius.

The lowest temperature is from 23-26 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is from 31-34 degrees Celsius.
